For centuries smudging, the burning of aromatic herbs, has been practiced among Native Americans to purify objects and locations. Sage and Cedar grow at high altitudes and carry the energy of clarity and strength which is released when burning. They dispel negative vibrations and recharge space with new energy. Lavender grows in warm, dry climates and is balancing, refreshing, soothing and grounding. Sage, Cedar & Lavender Smudge Sticks are sustainably harvested by Native Americans, with great care and respect for the environment.

Directions:

Light the tip of the smudge and blow out the flame. Hold the smudge over a fireproof plate or shell to catch the smoldering ash. After use, extinguish with water or sand.
Caution: Keep children and animals away from lit smudges. Do not leave unattended.
